Hi everyone! The rain finally let up long enough for me to get out and take pictures of all the flowers around the yard. Many of our shrubs are in bloom right now so let me take you on a trip around the yard. Since this is heavy with pictures I will keep the dialog to a minimum so sit back and enjoy.
The fuzz you see on the columbine is from the cotton wood trees that are shedding their seeds right now.
I hope you enjoyed this look around our yard. If the weather cooperated there will be more to come next week.
That is a whole lot of beautiful going on.
Blessings,
Goose
Crazy rain for you too huh? It just is never ending out here. I think I am always amazed when things keep blooming, even without a lot of light. You have a really nice yard from the looks of it. I love natural barriers (even with a fence behind them) because it just is more pleasant to look out at every morning. I have three or four different color lilac in my yard. Such an enjoyable bloom. And they are all slightly on a different schedule.
Have a great weekend!
Oh what beautiful pictures…we love the old style of the roses, and i bet they smell wonderful…thank you for sharing them.

PS: I have one lone hosta that I planted last year – it’s not looking so hot. Any tips?
All so beautiful ❤
Our mom is very jealous of your flowers. You see our mom can barely grow hair, and for some reason flowers just up and die at the first touch of her hand. The garden is flourishing in spite of mom. 🙂 So your yard of pretty flowers and flowering trees is making our momma wish you were our neighbor so you could extend your love over to our stuffs, too!
Have a great day. Happy Monday!
