Hi everyone! It’s Millie here. First Walter wants me to thank everyone for his birthday wishes. Okay now that that is over I can tell you what I’m thankful for.
That’s right! Today is my 6th Gotcha Day! I don’t think I could really say just how happy I am to be with my pawrents and Walter. I was a little scared that first day I was here but I haven’t felt that way ever since. My pawrents would tell you that I am quite the mischief maker and have been from day one.
If you can’t see the video you can go here to view it.
That is one of my pawrents favorite video of me. I just couldn’t figure out why that dog wouldn’t play with me.
I’ve unmade the beds in our house so many times and wrecked so many sheets now that my pawrents block off the second bedroom and don’t let me upstairs by myself. When we are up on the bed we are usually close together.
One of my favorite things to do is hang out in our yard but when I can’t be out there I like to watch the activity from my favorite window.
As you can tell I feel that I live a charmed life and am so grateful for my forever home. Unfortunately the rescue Walter and I came from is no longer in business but I am so glad they were around to help me get here.
I have to give a shout out to my boyfriend Fenris and his family for sending me this lovely card. Today we are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday blog hop. You should stop by his blog to see what others are thankful for.
Happy Gotcha Day Millie! (My ghostwriter has two of those kind of doggie statues. When she first got them, I too couldn’t figure out why they wouldn’t play with me. After all, one is a cocker spaniel in play position. Now they’re in the front yard where I don’t see them.)
A BIG week in your house! Happy Gotcha Day! We love your playing with the ‘other dog’…BOL!
Happy Gotcha Day!!! and guess what? we love unmaking the bed too… we do it 87 times per day… even boys have chores ;O)

Happy Gotcha Day, Millie! R used to unmake the bed every single day. So, we bought him a cheap quilt that we left in a tumble on top of the bed. That solved it… he uses the quilt to make a nest rather than our sheets/quilts.
You are so much fun, Millie. I’m happy for you and your family that you found each other!
Happy, happy Gotcha Day, Millie!!
