Hi everyone! It’s Millie & Walter here. We’ve had some nice weather lately and have enjoyed spending time outside in our yard this week.
Our dad has been moving these hosta to this area under our white pine tree. They were in our perennial garden but we have to take down the linden tree that they were under so they had to be moved.
Last week we showed you how the butterflies like the Blue Fortune Agastache so this week we are going to show you how the bumblebees like it.
If you can’t see the video you can go here to view it.

Check out the beautiful color of the blue caryopteris and the pink Rose of Sharon blooming behind me.
We hope you enjoyed a look at some of the bumblebees working in our yard this week.
We are joining the LLB Gang for their Nature Friday Blog Hop. You should pop over to their blog to see all the other posts.
We loved the wee peek at your yard, especially the busy bumblebee. I too love to watch my human at work!

You two sure do have the best backyard and I love that your peeps are able to capture all the loveliness in it – including you!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
He sure was a busy bumblebee! Great photos of both of you, Millie and Walter!
Well we enjoyed seeing Walter and Millie best but the bee was OK and the flowers are just gorgeous.
Those bees are almost as busy as our Dad, BOL. Mom says thanks for the clue that she needs to move our front hostas to the shady side of the house. (We think we know more about flowers than she does.) (And we don’t know much.)

You two look fabulous and very happy out in the yard. Those bees are sure busy as a bee!
Oh I love the bumblebee vid 👌
Millie and Walter you hostas are absolutely glorious…how do you keep critters from eating them? We had ours in the ground several years ago…Peter Cottontail brought his family in for a smorgasbord, right down to the roots. Last year in tall pots. Lo and behold Peter came with a ladder. Thankfully what he did not eat roots this time and they did grow back.
Hugs Cecilia
You capture those bumblebee perfectly. Awesome shot! And of course the canine photos are always excellent I mean how could they not be with two such stunning models. Kisses and switches to both of you
What a terrific video, Walter. It’s a wonder how fully loaded bumblebees can fly after drinking the nectar they’re so fond of enjoying.
Such wonderful things are happening in your guarded even late in the season.
