Hi everyone! It’s Walter here! It’s time for our second November Chewy.com review. For our second review my mom picked out a toy just for me. Millie isn’t into playing with toys much.

There are two things in this box!

Here is the Frisco Plush with Rubber Tug & Fetch No Squeak Football Dog Toy. It comes in two colors.

We chose red. The other color is blue.

According to Chewy.com:

“Energetic pups have met their match with the Frisco Plush with Rubber Tug & Fetch No Squeak Football Dog Toy. It’s made with a tough fabric exterior and durable thermoplastic rubber for added strength, so it can hold up to some pretty tough tumbling during supervised play. Toss it or tug it—the football shape is perfect for playing tug-o-war and it has a built-in handle that makes it easy to throw for fetch. Plus, there are no squeakers so no matter how rambunctious your pooch gets while playing, there’s no extra noise! It’s the perfect toy to give your dog the daily exercise and stimulation he needs to stay healthy.”

Some of the key benefits of this toy are:

  • Designed for energetic dogs that need stronger toys, with sturdy fabric and durable thermoplastic rubber for added sturdiness.
  • Squeaker-less design lets you have all the playtime fun with none of the noise.
  • Football shape is perfect for tossing and grabbing for fetch and tug-o-war.
  • Toss it farther—swing the built-in handle to sling the toy even further for even more fun and exercise.
  • Hassle-free way to add in daily exercise and mental stimulation to help keep your dog healthy.

I can’t wait to play with this toy!
Hey Walter you should see what’s going on outside.

Check out the video to see how much I enjoyed this toy.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to view it.

After playing with this toy in the house we went outside.

It’s easy to get my mouth around it

Mom won’t let me chew on the handle

Fetching this toy is lots of fun

I need a little break after all that play

As you can see I loved this toy and give it 4 paws up (because that is all the paws I have) and I recommend it to all my friends. If you are looking for a new toy for your list for Santa Paws I highly recommend this one.

Please remember that every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

So far this one is holding up well. My dad brought it out to play with me the day Millie had her surgery and we had lots of fun together.

Millie wants to thank all of you for all the good wishes about her tooth extraction. Everything went well and she is recovering fine.

Hi everyone, it’s Millie & Walter here! It’s time for our second review this month for Chewy.com review. We already showed you our review for Blue Buffalo Wilderness Bayou Biscuits so now we are reviewing the Outward Hound Doggy Blocks Spinner Puzzle toy.

Outward Hound Doggy Blocks - Box front

Our mom loaded it with some freeze dried liver. There are 8 places to put treats. 4 under the yellow blocks and when those blocks are out you spin it to find 4 more chambers.

Okay mom you can put it down now.

Okay mom you can put it down now.

We are going to let our videos do the talking since that’s the best way for you to see how it works.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to see it.

As you can see in the video it took a lot of work to figure out how to get the treats out.

I could use a little help mom

After Millie finished she had to be banished from the room to give Walter a try.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to see it.

We’ve played with this a few times since the first video was made and Millie is now a bit of an expert in how to work it.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to see it.

Millie is so cool about playing with this puzzle she didn’t even get up to work it the last time.

I'm going to knock this block off

I’m going to knock this block off

We enjoyed playing with this puzzle toy but as you could tell from the video we did get a bit frustrated at times. Our mom says that is good for our brains and great to use to tire us out when the weather is too bad to go outside and play. The yellow blocks are a bit big and we think smaller dogs would have a difficult time removing them with their teeth. If you watched our videos though you can see there is more than one way to remove the blocks.

Our mom says the only negative thing as far as she is concerned is that you can’t take it apart to clean it better and the box doesn’t say if it is dishwasher safe. Because of this we are giving this toy 7 paws up (with an 8 being our highest score).

Hi everyone, it’s Walter here! It’s time for this month’s Chewy.com review. This month we are reviewing two items for Chewy but I’ll just tell you about one today, the KONG Holiday Jumbler Football Dog Toy!

{{muffled voice}} I think there is something great in here

{{muffled voice}} I think there is something great in here

The first thing I got out of the box was the KONG toy. (You will have to wait for another day to see what else was in the box)

Hurry up and take the tags off this mom so I can start playing!

Hurry up and take the tag off this mom so I can start playing!

This is the Large/X-Large size which is perfect for me. It is a nice hard plastic and as you can see there is a tennis ball trapped inside. Mom let me play with it inside for a while…

This is a great toy

This is a great toy

…but I had the most fun playing with it outside, especially with my dad’s help.

Just hanging out with my KONG Holiday Jumbler Football Dog Toy

My mom made a video of all the action from opening the box to playing outside.

[vimeo http://vimeo.com/150145558]

If you can’t see the video you can go here to see it.

As you can see  I loved it. It’s a great size and the handles make it easy to hold in your mouth. Since we received this toy I play with it almost every time I’m out in the yard, especially if someone is there to throw it for me. I love to play fetch with it. The plastic is very sturdy and the squeaker is positioned under one of the handles so you can’t easily destroy it and the football shape makes it bounce in every direction. If you love to play you should go order one from Chewy.com right now!

I give this toy four paws and one tail up!

Oh yeah you might wonder why I, Walter, was doing this review…

There's nothing like a good old fashioned stick

There’s nothing like a good old fashioned stick

…Millie prefers a stick to any fancy toy in the yard. BOL!

Hi everyone, it’s Millie & Walter here! It’s time for this month’s Chewy.com review. As usual our mom procrastinated and we are doing our review at the last minute…almost literaly. This month we are trying a Benebone Peanut Butter Flavored Wishbone Dog Chew Toy. You can read all about them at the link or click on the picture below to see a bigger image.

Front Back

Front                                               Back

There are other flavors of this bone available so if peanut butter isn’t your favorite we are sure you can find one that suits you. Let’s get this review going.

Our mom chose this for us because we love to chew on Nylabones and she wanted to compare this to them. Here is a picture of the Benebone with one of our well worn Nylabone Wishbone chews.

Nylabone Wishbone (well worn) Benebone

Nylabone Wishbone (well worn)                            Benebone

The Benebone is close in size to what the Nylabone was before we chewed it to death. There is one thing very different with the Benebone and that is the fact that it has a curve to it. You can probably see it better in some of our other pictures below.

If you don't look at it Millie maybe mom will open it for us.

The wait is killing me! Mom you are torturing us by making us pose with it for so long!

Mom said to “leave it” Millie!
I can’t wait much longer. That sure smells great!

As usual our mom tortured us with many pictures before we could actually chew it but we finally got to try it.

This is a great chew toy!

We also filmed a little video of our review. Where you can really see how we chew it.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to see it.

As you can see we both loved it. It’s a great size and the curve makes it easy to hold in our paws. This is a toy we will get a lot of use out of for a long time. If you have a hard chewer you should go order one from Chewy.com right now!

Hi everyone! It’s Walter here to wish all our friends in the United States a Happy Labor Day! We hope your pawrents are taking it easy today and grilling up something good to share with you.

We are sticking with more Millie and Walter posts this week. Mom was a bit of a slacker last week (she claims she was working on stuff for her quilt club) and didn’t post all the stories she should have for us.  Today I’m going to tell you about a nice prize our mom won for us.

Like most of your pawrents our mom is on the Facebook thing and recently she won a couple of toys for us! There is a farm and garden store called CountryMax that also sells pet supplies and occasionally they put pictures of things on their Facebook page for people to “like”. Then they do a drawing from the names of the likers and someone wins! They give away all sorts of stuff from pet toys to chicken feed so if you live in the western New York area you should like their page so you can get in on the action.

Walter - posing with bag

We had to go the the store to pick up our prize and it was in this nifty bag that mom can use again to carry stuff.

Walter - posing with toys and bag

Inside the bag were these two cool toys! Millie didn’t want to cooperate for the photo shoot so I helped mom out. We got a cute monkey and a steak! I don’t know if you can read the tags, but it says “Floats, Squeaks, Durable!”

Well we don’t have a pool and mom wasn’t going to let me fill up the bath tub to see if they really float, but we were able to check out the squeakers and durability claims.

Millie Walter - checking out new toys

Millie and I had a good time finding the squeakers in these.

Yum...nomming on monkey toes!

This doesn't taste like steak!

This doesn't smell like steak either!

They might not have tasted like monkey or steak, but they sure were fun to play with. We won’t show you the “after” pictures, but suffice it to say that like most toys nothing is durable enough for the puppy jaws of doom. Thanks for winning these toys for us mom!
