Hi everyone! It’s Millie here.  Our dad likes to watch British Premier League Soccer Football on Saturday mornings. Walter and I like to keep him company. Sometimes our mom joins us too but she is usually not really watching the soccer. We decided to entertain her with a little bitey face. Check out our action video below.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to view it.

When we were done we settled in for a nice snuggle with mom.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! Our snow from the blizzard is almost all gone now thanks to a 50° F day but we sure had fun playing in it while it was here. A few days ago we showed you some still photos of us wrestling. Now here is a live action video for you to enjoy. Make sure you have your sound up so you can hear how crazy Millie sounds while she is playing.

We don’t know where Millie learned her wrestling techniques but she clearly always has the upper paw in every match. Millie may have had some teachers at her foster home before she came here since she was a small pup in a group of large dogs. Whether it is learned or instinct she sure is Queen of the Smack Down.

Hi everyone! It’s Millie and Walter here! We know we have been missing a bit from our blog but we thought we would let our mom show you all her crafty stuff last week. This week is going to be all about us. We have a lot of things to catch you all up on what we have been doing the past few weeks.

wrestle mania still

One of the things we love to do when we are out in the yard is wrestle. Of course I, Millie, usually have the upper paw in these bouts, but Walter gives it a good shot.

Here is a little video of some recent wrestling action for you to enjoy.

If you can’t see the video you can go here to view it.

We sure do have fun playing together!

Hi everyone! It’s Walter here to show you some more of my mischief. Do you remember all the fun I had with the sprinkler a while back? Well I figured out that to make the sprinkler go you have to hook it up to the garden hose and when I saw my daddy moving the hose around I wanted to help him.

Walter - put the bitey on the hose

First I put the bitey on the hose and started a wrestling match with it.

Then I figured I would help my dad move the hose.

Here is a little video of the action for you to enjoy.

Lucky for me it’s been raining a lot lately so I haven’t had to help my dad move the hose around the yard, but I’ll be ready whenever he needs me.

Hi everyone, we sure are loving having Walter in our home. I think Millie is especially happy to have a brother to play with whenever the mood hits her/them.

Here are a couple of videos from Walters’ first two days here. I can’t count how many hours I have refereed these sessions and I’m sure there will be countless hours more in the years to come.

Here is a little wrestling action first.

Next I will show you a great game of tug of war. The noise you hear is Millie’s vocalizations. Her foster parents are very familiar with this sound and we have all concluded that it is not an aggressive sound, but rather just what she does when she is having fun playing. Walter does some vocalizing too, but most of it is Millie.

Just so you don’t think they are going all the time, Walter has proven himself already to be a good sleeper and will even settle down for an afternoon nap. The action can be tiring to all of us at times, and they need to be supervised, especially when in the living room where these videos were shot so they don’t knock over Charlie’s speakers or the pole lamp in the room, but I sure enjoy watching it. Having had just one dog, Nina, for over a decade I missed seeing all the fun action between canine siblings. There will be no shortage of that around here now.
