Those squirrels! They just do not appreciate a good book. Then to leave it as if you were the one who deaded the book. And Millie this is your special invitation to come on over to my place and have as much fun as you can handle in the snow.
Blessings,
Goose
Another reason for an e-reader!
Ha!
Oh man. I more than one textbook minus a binding. Fortunately their cover is a little heavier. 🙂
Yep, squirrels!!!
Was it a library book? We love a good library book….BOL!
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
SHE has an eReader now.
There ain’t nothing wrong with being a well-read dog!!
BOL,
Miss Fendi HoneyBuzz
Those are definitely squirrel bites. I can’t believe anyone would think it was you with that innocent face.
Loveys Sasah
Eek!
Oh well, at least you can still read it.
Lynne x
Books do that. Self destruct. Fact. Deccy x

Mollie and Alfie
That damage sure looks like the work of those nasty squirrels to us, Millie!
Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
Ut-Oh Millie….. Just how did them pesky squirrels get into the house? Perhaps you fell asleep while on squirrel patrol. That’s most definately the story I’d stick with.
Between you and me, good luck getting outta this one!
Hugs,
Lily Belle
It is horrible when the squirrels get into the books while your people are away!
Hope you find them soon and stop them from coming!
I guess it was da last huh?
Thse squirrels are out to get us…all of us…they always be blamin’ us.
Puddles
MOL MOL MOL
Millie did the Mohicans offend you? OMDs this is priceless.

So you are saying that “SOMEONE” Tore into that book and Digested the contents. BaaaaWaaaaah
Yep that is why mom reads from her kindle….its cos maggie is rotten….hope it belonged to you….heheheheh
stella rose
Ha, ha….that is a funny way to read a book, my friend….
Now Millie, I know you would not destroy a book. So there HAD to have been squirrels that sneaked into the house, probably during the cover of darkness. I sure hope your mom is smart enough to know you are innocent!
Keep Calm & Bark On,
Murphy & Stanley
PS – Have you selected your dresses? We are dying to see a picture. We need to get your corsages too!
If this was required school reading you could honestly say, “The dog ate my homework”…nicely done!
Now that’s a book you can sink your teeth into! If you’re into fiction. Me? I just devour law books. (Well, I did at the good Samaritan who picked me up off the street’s house…) Ha roo roo roo.
Play bows,
Zim
Ruh Roh! I’m SURE you found it that way Millie. Unless, you decided that you new profession is gonna be a literary critic!
Kisses,’
Ruby
It’s always best to chew up a book AFTER your person is done reading it. 😉
Millie,
You reads a book just like Max does. 😉 Thanks fur comin’ to my pawty today!
Woofs and Licks,
Maggie Mae and Max
Oops…I’m surprised you didn’t have to wear a sign telling everyone about your ‘shame’! Don’t let your people see this or they might!
At least she didn’t spoil the end …. of the book! ;-)!!!
BOL! Küster laughed so hard, he fell and hit his head! Millie, you are a riot!
Oh my goodness. The squirrels did that? Shame on them!

Hey girl! Where’d you get that stylin red scarf and hat? You really know how to ride that toboggan my furiend! See ya at the bottom Wahoooooooo! 😀
I wouldn’t worry Millie…that’s not a very good book…much better to watch Daniel Day Lewis on the DVD 🙂 You’re looking sporty on the hill at Sled Day!
Hey Millie!
Wow, I hate it when things self-destruct like that and we get the blame! BOL
Say, you’re a super-sledder girl! Great job on the slopes and I’m so happy you were there with me. Pawesome technique and I think I saw you win a few races today. Be sure to get a few weenies and some s’mores at our big bonfire this evening!
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, Supreme Sledder
This is totally not on subject… and our mom should be terribly upset as she is a huge fan of books… but every.single.time she hears The Last Mohican she thinks of the Bugs Bunny cartoon where the Indian says “Me smells Last Mohican burning… Hey, me last Mohican… Must be me.”
Our mom is a bit weird.. but you knew that already.
Whoops, Is anyone in trouble…..
Vof Millie! I hope you enjoyed the story – I’m more for movies! Hugs from Nero!
