Hi everyone! It’s Cindy here. Well, I’ve finally finished the Kaleidoscope Blanket and I love it.
The last time I showed you this blanket I only had the border left to do.
The back of the afghan, while not as beautiful as the front, still has a nice look.
All of the joining was done with single crochet from the back using the main grey color.
Without planning it we chose a colorway that perfectly compliments my Big Leaf quilt.
I’ve never worked so quickly on such a big project but it was fun working along with thousands of other hookers around the world. I’m so happy with how the blanket turned out and I can’t thank the designer Catherine Bligh enough for such a great pattern.
I’m joining the Hookin on Hump Day blog hop. You should stop by to see some of the other projects people have posted.
That is SO beautiful!
OMD, that is sooooo beautifuls! Ma is working on an afghan nows that is so simple, butts since it’s her furst, she is pretty proud of it so far. We will see when she finishes it ☺. butts she knows how long it takes to do a simple pattern, I can’t imagine how long that would have taken Ma! BOL! So pawsome!!

Cindy my goodness me it is exquisite…I don’t think I have ever seen a pattern similar to this and OMDs…all the bright, happy bold colors.
Will you use it as a wall hanging or as a blanket on the back of a couch, chair or on the bed? Do you know how long it took from start to finish?

I talked my sister into making me one, while I am going to try my hand at the catghan.
Isn’t it funny how the front is all squares and the back is all circles?
Beautiful isn’t powerful enough to describe how amazing that quilt is!!!!! It will be a treasure for years to come. We wish we could make one too.
I bet you love it. That is amazing! Sam
