Hi everyone! It’s Millie here. This fall sure has been a funny one. We’ve had such warm temperatures that we’ve been able to spend lots of time outside while mom and dad work or play in the yard.
Our dad likes to play around by taking macro pictures of the leaves that have fallen on the ground. The Katsura tree leaves still had some dew on them to make very pretty pictures.
Next, we have the beautiful leaves from the stewartia tree along with some of the seed pods they drop.
We sure have been enjoying this lovely fall weather and we hope you all get to enjoy some fall leaves in your backyard.
Winter might be just around the corner, but you wouldn’t know it with the warm weather we’ve had here this week. We might even break the high temperature record of 75° F tomorrow.
We are joining the LLB Gang for their Nature Friday Blog Hop. You should pop over to their blog to see all the other posts.
‘Beautiful leaves! Enjoy the fall days, Millie!
We are romping through all the catalpa leaves, they are big and runchy…well they were until it rained, BOL!
Millie, you look gorgeous as always. We really love the pictures of the leaves. Mom Grandpa and Sean put the greenhouse together today. Hopefully Mom will be able to get it cleaned out this weekend so she can put the flowers in it. Send us and email so we know what email to send your invite to our blog. ~Fenris
You sure look happy in your leaf pile sweet Millie and those leaf photos are really pretty and amazing too!

Hi, Millie, good to see you out and about! I am a wee tad jelly green at your fine weather – though it is worrying, everything not quite in balance… Still, I love these shots of the beautiful leaves and hope you have a few more days to enjoy them before winter truly does arrive! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xx
Good to see you out there and looking stunning along with the fallen leaves. You dad did a great job with his macro shots. It’s been a mild autumn too here in Northern Scotland, but this morning I felt the grass crunchy under my paws.
Toodle-oo!
Nobby.
Gosh Millie, your leaves are exquisitely beautiful. Nice to see you enjoying them.
Your leaves are just gorgeous and so are you in the beautiful leaves, Millie.
The leaves are gorgeous and I love all the different shades of muted colors mixed in with the oranges and I have to say that you Millie are the prettiest model in the leaves
those photos are lovely!! I took some photos of Levi in the leaves this past week, maybe my lazy butt will have to post them. Hope you get more warm days to spend outside!
Lulu: “Wow, up close and personal with those leaves. I can almost smell them! I wonder if Dada would mind if I rolled around on his computer screen …”
Thanks for sharing your pretty fall! Lee and Phod
OMD…Such beautiful pictures your Dad took of the leaves, Millie!

Millie what a surprise everyone is having with this glorious June in November weather. OMDs we took a morning trek at 9:30 it felt like a late June day and it was humid but that is ending tonight.
As my friend who lives in Western PA says any day you don’t have to shovel is a great day
Hugs Cecilia
What a beautiful post, Millie! Sorry we’re late commenting! #1 has been busy looking at horses with friends from England.
